Overview

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned rooms/suites and reporting maintenance issues to ensure standards are met.

Duties

• Clean rooms/suites, including making beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and washing windows/tracks.
• Report rooms as clean and ready for guests.
• Identify and report maintenance deficiencies.
• Strip linens, remove used amenities, and restock supplies.
• Greet guests warmly and respond to their requests.
• Replenish linens and amenities, clean balconies if applicable.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Assist co-workers as needed.

This is a full-time position requiring availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The shift is the AM shift starting at 7:30am on weekdays and 8am on weekends.
