Location Description
The iconic Arizona Biltmore, located in the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix, is known as the “Jewel of the Desert” since its opening in 1929. After a $150 million restoration, it reopened in May 2021. The resort spans 39 acres, with over 700 rooms, 200,000 square feet of banquet space, and 8 food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, a gelato shop, and in-room dining.

Overview
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned rooms/suites and reporting maintenance issues to ensure compliance with standards. Your duties include:

• Cleaning rooms/suites, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and washing windows/tracks.
• Reporting rooms as clean and available.
• Reporting maintenance deficiencies.
• Stripping linens and removing used amenities.
• Stocking maid carts with supplies.
• Greeting guests friendly and promptly.
• Replenishing linens and amenities.
• Cleaning balconies, if applicable.
• Responding to guest requests, such as extra amenities or service times.
• Providing guest information about hotel services, activities, and local attractions.
• Assisting co-workers as needed.

This is a full-time position requiring availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The shift is the AM shift, starting at 7:30 am Monday-Friday and 8 am on weekends.
