Salary Range: $17.00 To $17.00 Hourly

Our Hampton Inn Hemet is currently seeking experienced Room Attendants responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests to deliver outstanding guest service and satisfaction. You will help us craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver excellent guest experiences and maximize investor returns. Position Responsibilities:

• Clean guest suites, including bathrooms, changing bed linens (per hotel policy), dusting, vacuuming, and other daily tasks
• Maintain compliance with the Guest Satisfaction Scores program
• Respond to guest needs and requests
• Ensure guest satisfaction through cleanliness and attentive service
• Unload trash from housekeeping carts
• Stock linen and supplies in linen rooms or carts
• Transport soiled linen to laundry
• Report repairs needed to maintenance
• Clean restrooms, public spaces, and food service areas
• Perform sweeping, waxing, and refuse disposal
• Maintain cleanliness of swimming pool and exercise areas
• Clean windows and mirrors
• Wear proper uniform and nametag at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• At least 1 year of hotel housekeeping experience preferred
