The award-winning AAA 5-Diamond Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is looking for a Room Attendant to join the Housekeeping Team!

Located in the beautiful coastal town of Dana Point, adjacent to Laguna Beach, this town played an iconic role in California's surf culture and is celebrated for its laid-back vibe and active lifestyle.

The resort is perched on 175 acres atop a 150-foot seaside bluff with over 400 rooms, 115,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor meeting space, and 8 food and beverage outlets, including 4 restaurants, a beach club, lounge, marketplace, and IRD.

• Classification: Full-Time
• Shift: AM - must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Range: The hourly rate is $21.50 per hour, with the possibility of earning $24.50 later by becoming a Self-Inspector, based on experience and location.

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests to deliver outstanding service and ensure financial profitability. Your tasks include:

• Cleaning guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
• Changing and replenishing linens, towels, and amenities
• Performing deep cleaning tasks as needed
• Maintaining and transporting housekeeping supplies
• Disposing of trash and recyclables
• Responding to guest requests promptly and courteously
• Performing guest turn-down service, as needed
