Job description

Our Hampton Inn Hemet is currently seeking experienced Room Attendants responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests. Join our team to help us craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maximize investor returns. Position Responsibilities:

1. Clean guest suites, including bathrooms, changing bed linens (per hotel policy), dusting, vacuuming, and completing other assigned projects.
2. Maintain housekeeping compliance in Guest Satisfaction Scores program.
3. Respond to guest needs and requests promptly.
4. Ensure guest satisfaction through cleanliness and attentive service.
5. Unload trash from housekeeping carts.
6. Stock linen and supplies in linen rooms or carts.
7. Transport soiled linen to laundry.
8. Report repairs needed to maintenance.
9. Clean restrooms, public spaces, and food service areas.
10. Perform sweeping, waxing, and refuse disposal.
11. Maintain cleanliness of swimming pool and exercise areas.
12. Clean windows and mirrors.
13. Wear proper uniform at all times, including a nametag on the right side.
14. Perform other duties as assigned and capable.

Education and Experience:

• At least 1 year of hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
