Buffalo Lodging Associates is hiring a Room Attendant for the Fairfield Inn Clearwater. You will clean guest rooms and suites to high standards, report maintenance issues, and respond to guest requests to ensure a positive stay.

The role requires mobility for long periods, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Training and career development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Can navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs., and lift, carry up to 25 lbs.
• Engaging personality for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor, ensuring cleanliness and guest service.
• Report discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Work typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.
• Shift hours 8-9am to finish, approximately 8 hours.
