Training is available for those new to the hotel industry. Candidates should have a cordial, guest-focused approach, ability to stand for long periods, and readiness to work mornings.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel setting or willingness to train.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Cart navigation up to 100 lbs.; lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms and suites to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Report discrepancies and maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to guests and respond to requests.
• Work shifts including weekends and holidays as required.
• Typical shift 8–9am to finish; flexibility for weekends/holidays.
