Job summary

Hotel LeVeque, Autograph Collection, seeks a dedicated Room Attendant in Columbus, Ohio. You will clean and style guest rooms and public areas to brand standards, refresh amenities, and promptly address guest requests to ensure a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekend shifts.
• Must be available to work daily until tasks are complete.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Stand and walk 8+ hours per day; lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Experience in hotel housekeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and style hotel rooms and public areas to brand standards with attention to detail.
• Refresh rooms with amenities, supplies, linens, and collateral.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and communicate needs.
• Engage with guests to identify needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve guest challenges in collaboration with Guest Services and hotel leadership.
• Maintain professionalism aligned with brand expectations.
• Know hotel emergency procedures and assist guests in emergencies.
