Job summary

First Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant to ensure rooms and public areas meet brand standards and create a welcoming experience for guests. You will clean and style spaces, replenish amenities, and address guest needs with a proactive approach to maintenance and service.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to speak, read and write in the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours and perform physical tasks.
• Lift up to 30 pounds and handle bending/stretching as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean and style hotel rooms and public areas to brand standards with attention to detail.
• Refresh rooms with amenities, supplies, linen, and collateral as needed.
• Identify maintenance concerns and replace items to prevent guest issues.
• Engage with guests to identify needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve guest challenges in collaboration with Guest Services and leadership.
• Maintain professionalism aligned with brand standards.
• Know hotel emergency procedures and assist guests in emergencies.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
