Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to established quality and cleanliness standards.
• Restock required amenities, linens, and supplies to ensure each room is prepared.
• Ensure carts, linens, rooms, and housekeeping equipment are clean and in working order.
• Follow housekeeping procedures, guest service expectations, and health regulations.
• Support guest satisfaction by responding to requests in a timely, helpful, and professional manner.
• Work cooperatively with team members and other departments as needed.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
• Use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies safely and according to procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with brand standards and regulations.
• Complete assigned rooms within expected timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize daily work to meet productivity expectations.
• Follow attendance, grooming, department procedures, and hotel policies.
• Attend required department and hotel meetings.
