Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Room Attendant – Housekeeping in Pocono Manor, PA. You will be responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting guest rooms, including changing linens, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities. This role supports guest experiences under our Lead with Love leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is helpful but not required.
• Leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
• Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 20 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.

Responsibilities

• Adapt to a broad range of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints and work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Stand for the entire shift.
• Flexible and long hours may be required, including weekends and holidays.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.
• Report missing items from rooms to the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor.
