Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Room Attendant – Housekeeping in Pocono Manor, PA. You will be responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting guest rooms, including changing linens, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities. This role supports guest experiences under our Lead with Love leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is helpful but not required.
• Leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
• Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 20 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.

Responsibilities

• Adapt to a broad range of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints and work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Stand for the entire shift.
• Flexible and long hours may be required, including weekends and holidays.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.
• Report missing items from rooms to the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Room Attendant – Housekeeping. In this role, you will beresponsible for the cleaning, sanitation, & resetting of guest rooms. This includes tasks such as changing bed linens, sanitizing all areas, vacuuming, & replenishing room amenities .

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love —guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll maintain clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests .

$15/ hr

Key Responsibilities

• Must be able to adapt to a broad range of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints and work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
• Ability to stand during entire shift
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required including weekends and holidays
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up
• Report all missing items from room such as irons/boards, hair dryers, coffee makers, to the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor

What We’re Looking For

• Previous housekeeping experience in residential or commercial setting helpful but not required
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
