Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Room Attendant Driver at Big Cedar Lodge in Missouri. The role focuses on maintaining clean guest units, restocking linens, and driving company vehicles to support operations. You will respond to guest requests and assist with amenities while upholding safety and service standards.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in a team, and provide excellent guest service. A High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid Missouri driver’s license are required.

_ POSITION SUMMARY: _

The Room Attendant Driver is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness in guest units by replacing linens and towels, cleaning kitchen and bathroom areas. Miscellaneous tasks such as picking up trash from guest room and taking it to the dumpster. They may also be required to lift, carry, push, pull laundry/laundry carts, etc. Able to lift 75 pounds.

_ ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: _

• 50% Responsible maintaining and turning guest units.

• 30% Responsible for driving a company vehicle.

• 15% Responding to guests calls and supplying them with their requested needs, such extra amenities and linen.

• 5% Other duties as assigned.

_ EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: _

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Certificate(s) or License(s): Valid Missouri Driver’s License. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. Ongoing verification of driving eligibility will be conducted to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

_ KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: _

• Basic knowledge of housekeeping department duties.
• Familiarity with computer software word processing, database and spreadsheet (especially Excel) is essential.
• Language Skills:Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions,
• short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Mathematical Skills:Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s.Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Other Skills and Abilities:The ability to work well with a team, to prioritize, a sense of urgency and a real concern for guest satisfaction.Must be detailed oriented.Need strong clerical, organizational and communication skills.

Regularly walks, stands, and lifts up to 50 lbs.

Seldom/never sits or works on a computer.

Additional Physical Requirements: Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

_ INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT _:

Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures. Work is reviewed by supervisor. Limited opportunity exists for exercising independent judgment and decision making.
