This role requires physical fitness, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualificações

• Bend and kneel as needed to complete tasks
• Reading, writing, and basic math skills required
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsabilidades

• Maintain rooms and suites to ensure they are fresh and welcoming
• Assist guests with basic needs and directions
• Notify supervisor about progress and repairs needed
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment as required
• Keep supplies and amenities organized and minimize waste
• Log and return lost and found items to guests
• Stay professional in uniform and appearance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality service
• Potentially assist with deep cleaning and turndown duties
• Take on ad-hoc duties as needed
