Responsibilities

• Clean and service rooms ensuring they are fresh and welcoming.
• Assist guests with requests (toothbrushes, directions, etc.).
• Update supervisor on service progress and repairs needed.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment.
• Minimise waste by smart stocking and use of amenities.
• Log and return found items to owners.
• Dress and present professionally; work as part of a team.
• Support with deep cleaning projects when required.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
