Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing linens and toiletries.
• Clean and maintain bathrooms, including toilets, showers, mirrors, and floors.
• Restock towels, soaps, and tissues in guest rooms and public restrooms.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost-and-found items to Housekeeping Manager.
• Follow hotel security protocols and protect guest safety and privacy.
• Perform general cleaning tasks in public areas, such as lobbies, corridors, stairs.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to hotel's cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction expectations.
