Description

The Room Attendant will be responsible for the daily ownership and operational execution of the Housekeeping Department. Room attendants must communicate effectively with guests and housekeeping staff to efficiently service guest rooms. • Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures.
• Prepare guest rooms for arrival, ensuring they meet hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas.
• Perform laundry duties as necessary.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms.
• Provide high levels of customer service at all times.
• Assist guests with requests and questions.
• Report damages or repairs needed to management.
• Report lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager.
