The Hampton Inn Philadelphia/Great Valley Malvern, managed by Moody National Management LP, is looking for Room Attendants to join our team. Hourly rate is $16/hr.

The Room Attendant contributes toward high levels of guest satisfaction by achieving or exceeding the Company’s and Hotel Brand’s standards regarding the cleanliness and safety of guest rooms and by providing professional, courteous, and prompt responses to guest inquiries and concerns.

Essential Functions
  1. Clean assigned guest rooms and stock with appropriate supplies in accordance with quality and timeliness standards; pick up trash; change linen; make beds; clean bathrooms thoroughly; vacuum and dust the guest room; clean windows and balconies, if applicable.
  2. Respond to guest inquiries courteously; resolve issues professionally; report lost or missing guest possessions.
  3. Promptly report unsafe, broken, or missing furnishings, equipment, or fixtures to the Executive Housekeeper or Shift Supervisor.
  4. Maintain inventory on housekeeping cart; order or obtain additional supplies as needed; store the cart according to established procedures.
  5. Assist in the Laundry Department as requested.
  6. Participate in deep cleaning and daily special projects.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Specifications
  • Knowledge of safety and security procedures; ability to operate commercial housekeeping equipment safely.
  • Ability to read and understand written instructions for housekeeping tasks.
  • Good command of English; second language proficiency is desirable.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
