Job summary

Embassy Suites Georgetown is seeking a Room Attendant to join the Housekeeping team. You will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and addressing guest requests to support exceptional service and hotel profitability.

Candidates should be available to work weekends and contribute to a clean, welcoming environment for guests. Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Some work experience in related field preferred.
• Some hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including beds, bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed.
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.

Education
