Job summary

Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead is seeking a Room Attendant/Housekeeping Host to maintain guest rooms and deliver outstanding service. You will ensure a clean, welcoming environment and assist guests with a positive, responsive attitude.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, engaging with guests, and working a schedule that includes weekends/holidays. Strong English communication and the ability to lift 20 lbs are required. 18+ and a genuine desire to satisfy guests completes the profile.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field
• Must have ability to work weekends and holidays
• Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing
• Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction
• Must be able to multi-task
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
• Must be 18 years or older
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
