PMH TN LLC dba Sonesta ES is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain clean, welcoming guest rooms and public areas. You will clean bathrooms, make beds, replace towels, and ensure rooms are fully stocked and inviting for guests.

You should work efficiently with attention to detail, follow health and safety rules, and deliver friendly, responsive service to guests throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a housekeeper, cleaner, or room attendant preferred.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain high performance.
• Friendly, customer-oriented personality with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, making beds, and restocking towels.
• Carefully inspect rooms to meet high standards.

Job Summary

We are looking for a hard-working and reliable Room Attendant to join our team! You will be attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. Your goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests, ensuring they will want to return and ultimately strengthening our reputation.

As a Room Attendant, your responsibilities will include providing fresh towels, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms. You will also respond to guests’ questions and make sure the rooms are fully-stocked, clean, and inviting at all times.

Responsibilities

• Perform various cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, making beds, replacing towels, etc
• Carefully inspect all rooms to ensure they meet the hotel’s high standards
• Report any damages to the rooms

• Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables and restock when necessary
