You will follow safety rules, respond to guest requests professionally, and help sustain our high standards of cleanliness. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, and the role offers a fast-paced, energetic work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a housekeeper, cleaner, or room attendant preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Friendly, customer-oriented personality.
• Good organizational skills and an eye for detail.
• Able to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Able to be on your feet all day with light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties: sweeping, mopping, dusting, making beds, replacing towels.

• Report any damages to the rooms.
• Respond to requests and/or guest complaints with professionalism and patience.
• Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables and restock when necessary.

Job Summary

We are looking for a hard-working and reliable Room Attendant to join our team! You will be attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. Your goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests, ensuring they will want to return and ultimately strengthening our reputation.

As a Room Attendant, your responsibilities will include providing fresh towels, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms. You will also respond to guests’ questions and make sure the rooms are fully-stocked, clean, and inviting at all times.
