As a Room Attendant, your responsibilities will include providing fresh towels, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms. You will also respond to guests' questions and make sure the rooms are fully stocked, clean, and inviting at all times.

Responsibilities

• Perform various cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, making beds, replacing towels, etc.
• Carefully inspect all rooms to ensure they meet the hotel's high standards
• Report any damages to the rooms
• Respond to requests and/or guest complaints with professionalism and patience
• Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables and restock when necessary
• Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and regulations
