Job summary

Cascade Development LLC in Breezewood, PA is seeking a hard-working Room Attendant to join our hotel housekeeping team. You will attend to guest rooms with integrity and attention to detail, providing fresh towels, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms to create a clean, inviting environment.

Respond to guests' questions, restock supplies, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness while complying with health and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a housekeeper, cleaner, or room attendant preferred.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain high performance.
• Friendly, customer-oriented personality.
• Good organizational skills and an eye for detail.
• Able to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Able to be on your feet all day with light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties: sweeping, mopping, dusting, making beds, replacing towels, etc.
• Carefully inspect rooms to meet high standards.
• Report damages to rooms.
• Respond to guest requests politely and promptly.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety rules and regulations.
