Our team is looking to add a Room Attendant responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, and meeting quality standards.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform housekeeping duties such as changing sheets, towels, restocking supplies, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, and tidying rooms after guest checkout.
• Maintain all rooms according to brand and IHM standards.
• Report damages, deficits, or disturbances to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Motivated team player with initiative and a desire to succeed.
• Effective in problem-solving, including anticipating, preventing, and resolving issues.
• Capable of working well under stress.
• Approachable and dedicated to providing excellent guest service.

Physical Demands: Employees must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, lift up to 10 pounds regularly, and up to 25 pounds frequently. Work hours vary based on occupancy and staffing needs.
