Description

Our team is looking to add a Room Attendant to be responsible for the overall cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, and meeting product quality standards.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  1. Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, and rearranging the room after guests check out.
  2. Ensure all rooms are cared for according to brand and IHM standards.
  3. Notify supervisors of any damages, deficits, and/or disturbances.
Job Qualifications
  1. Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
  2. Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
  3. Ability to work well in stressful situations.
  4. Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service.
Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is regularly required to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds frequently. Work hours vary based on guest occupancy, season, staffing, and other factors, and are not guaranteed.
