Job description

Our Quality Suites San Luis Obispo is currently seeking experienced Room Attendants to join our team. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests, ensuring outstanding guest service and satisfaction. This role offers a great opportunity to advance your career with a growing hotel management company.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Clean guest suites, including bathrooms, changing bed linens, dusting, vacuuming, and completing special projects.
2. Maintain compliance with Guest Satisfaction Scores program.
3. Respond to guest needs and requests to ensure satisfaction.
4. Unload trash, stock linens and supplies, and transport laundry.
5. Report repairs needed to maintenance.
6. Clean restrooms, public spaces, and food service areas.
7. Maintain pool and exercise area cleanliness.
8. Clean windows and mirrors.
9. Wear proper uniform and name tag at all times.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• 1 year of hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
