Hotel: San Diego (SANHB), 901 Bayfront Court, 92101

As a Room Attendant, you’ll ensure our rooms and suites are always ‘fresh and welcoming’ for our guests after a busy day – creating a haven for relaxation or a productive workspace.

Key Accountabilities

1. Maintain our high standards by making each room special and memorable for guests.
2. Assist guests with needs such as toiletries or directions.
3. Update your supervisor on room service progress and report any repairs needed.
4. Follow safety procedures at all times and wear protective equipment when necessary.
5. Stay organized by managing supplies and amenities efficiently, minimizing waste.
6. Reunite lost items with owners and log all lost and found property.
7. Maintain a professional appearance by wearing your uniform proudly.
8. Perform ad-hoc duties as required, including deep cleaning and turndown services.
9. Monitor and control supplies and amenities across all housekeeping areas.
10. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure quality service.

Key Skills & Experiences

1. This role is physical; being on your feet most of the day requires good fitness.
2. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms and push/pull heavy objects.
3. Ability to bend and kneel as needed.
4. Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
