This role involves cleaning guest rooms and ensuring guest satisfaction with the level of cleanliness and service.

Our ideal candidate:

• Housekeeping or environmental service experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

About the role:

• Clean guestrooms including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning toilets, showers, and making beds.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with cleanliness and service.
• Make rollaway beds.
• Perform secondary projects as needed.

A few more things:

• Must maneuver in casino areas, up and down stairs, and reach above shoulder level.
• Capable of pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 100 pounds.
• Tolerant of areas with secondary smoke.
• Work in temperatures exceeding 115°F and as low as 40°F.
• Use and operate cleaning equipment and tools.
• Work around crowded areas.
• Read labels on chemical bottles.
• Stoop, bend, reach, and pull in various areas.
• Use finger and wrist movements for cleaning tasks.
• English language skills preferred.
• Tolerate cleaning chemicals without allergic reactions.

Depending on experience, pay starts at $20.50 per hour.
