When working in Hawaii, understanding Hawaiian culture and the spirit of ‘ohana, or ‘family,’ is essential alongside learning the functional aspects of hotel operations, such as bed-making and luggage handling. Our team participated in Hawaiian culture training to deepen this understanding during the opening of the first Andaz property in Hawaii.

HYATT House Overview

HYATT house is an extended-stay, residential-style hotel designed to give individual travelers a modern condominium experience. The 193 all-suite rooms offer comforts such as fully equipped kitchens, flat-panel HDTVs, and free high-speed internet. Facilities include a pool, fitness center, and business center. Guests enjoy a complimentary full breakfast daily and an evening social on weekdays. HYATT house locations vary in urban, airport, and suburban settings and can host small corporate meetings and serve corporate clients on extended assignments.

Room Attendant Responsibilities

1. Maintain cleanliness of assigned guest rooms.
2. Lift, pull, and push moderate weights as required.
3. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Previous cleaning experience and guest communication skills are preferred.

Pay: $21.50 per hour.
