The Wayfarer San Diego is looking for a dynamic, Full-Time Room Attendant to join the team!

The room attendant is responsible for cleaning rooms, hallways, and other areas as assigned, while complying with Company standards.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Adhere to Pacifica's Pure Stay guidelines to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of team members and guests.
• Utilize Proper Protective Equipment (PPE) as required and in accordance with property-specific guidelines.
• Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times, providing personalized service to hotel guests.
• Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
• Clean guest rooms to Company standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, wiping walls, etc.
• Complete cleaning within the minutes-per-room guideline established by the Executive Housekeeper and General Manager.
• Follow Company policy for room amenities.
• Turn in all items left in guest rooms to the manager immediately.
• Maintain complete security of the master room key and return it at the end of shift; never leave the property with the key.
• Report any maintenance issues requiring immediate attention.
• Assist with laundry as needed.
• Report missing/found articles or damages to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to overall performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested by management.

Pay Range:

$17.55-$18.75/hour
