Overview:

The Room Attendant maintains clean, attractive guestrooms and provides courteous, efficient service to guests.

Responsibilities:

• Clean guestrooms thoroughly according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen setup.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas, and closets clean and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping carts for the next day.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items and maintenance issues to supervisor/manager.
• Handle Lost and Found items appropriately.
• Ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift.
• Effective communication skills, friendly and courteous demeanor.
