What You'll Do

1. Maintain high cleanliness standards of the hotel in all guest rooms, following procedures for entering/exiting guest rooms and all safety protocols.
2. Properly handle all equipment and cleaning chemicals (washer, dryer, detergents, etc.).
3. Recover and communicate to Housekeeping Manager any and all lost and found items.
4. Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage closets, guest laundry areas, and corridors.
5. Watch for and promptly report any potential safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager.
6. Greet each guest encountered in hallways, lobby, or public areas to enhance guest experience as an Aloft ambassador.
