Essential Job Functions:
- Perform cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, disposing trash, and servicing guest rooms daily.
- Replace linens, replenish supplies, and rearrange furnishings in guest rooms.
- Provide linens and amenities as per guest room standards.
- Assist in moving linens throughout the hotel.
- Ensure rooms are in uniform arrangement, doors are securely closed and locked after cleaning.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Respond promptly to guest requests.
- Maintain professional etiquette with guests and team members.
- Report damages, hazards, repairs, and suspicious activity.
- Handle lost and found items appropriately.
- Assist in cleaning public areas as needed.
- Clean corridors and service areas.
- Follow disinfecting and sanitizing policies.
- Restock carts and organize workspaces at shift end.
- Report unusual circumstances or guest issues to supervision.
- Maintain personal appearance and grooming standards.
- Report suspicious activity and know emergency procedures.
- Follow operational and safety regulations.
- Be knowledgeable about hotel services and amenities.
- Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in hotel cleaning beneficial.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and speed.
- Basic English comprehension for instructions and guest requests.
- Physical ability to scrub, reach overhead, bend, twist, and work in confined spaces.
- Must be able to move and lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver loaded carts.
- Effective communication skills and team spirit.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
