Paramount Hospitality Management is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member in Orlando to maintain high standards of guest room cleanliness and service. You will clean rooms, restock supplies, and handle guest requests with a friendly, efficient approach.

The role emphasizes physical stamina, reliable teamwork, and attention to detail to contribute to memorable guest experiences at our hotel.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform cleaning tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including beds, bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming.
• Change and replenish linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks when required and stock carts daily.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables and respond to guest requests promptly.

Ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Perform guest turn down service, as needed

Job Requirements:

• Must be able and willing to work on his/her feet for long periods of time
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, crouch to restock, store and clean
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
