Job summary

Paramount Hospitality Management is seeking a Housekeeping associate in Orlando to maintain clean guest rooms and respond to guest requests, delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, restocking supplies, and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will be able to work on their feet for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate effectively with guests and team members in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on feet for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, crouch.
• Effective communication with guests and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including beds, bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming.
• Change and replenish linens, towels and amenities.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping cart daily.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Perform turn down service as needed.

Ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Perform guest turn down service, as needed

Job Requirements:

• Must be able and willing to work on his/her feet for long periods of time
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
