Loews Chicago O'Hare invites applications for a detail-driven Room Attendant to ensure spotless guest spaces and maintain high standards of comfort between shifts. You will clean, restock linens and amenities, and promptly report maintenance needs to uphold Loews quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cleaning or hotel experience preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend.
• Ability to push, lift up to 25 lbs repetitively during shift.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to Loews Hotels' standards.
• Replace linens, amenities, and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Organize cleaning carts and linen closets, ensuring supplies are stocked and used properly.
• Report lost items, suspicious behavior, and irregularities to supervisors.
• Attend departmental meetings and assist in related areas when needed.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions that enhance satisfaction.
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and departmental procedures for chemical use and emergencies.
• Regular attendance and flexibility to work varying schedules.

Your Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

• Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred.

• Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.

• Basic English skills preferred.

• Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend.

• Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 25lbs repetitively during entire shift.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.

The wage for this position is $23.78.
