Loews New Orleans Hotel is seeking a detail-focused Room Attendant to create spotless, welcoming spaces for guests in the Warehouse District. You will clean rooms, replace linens, stock supplies, and report maintenance issues, delivering friendly, professional service that reflects Loews' commitment to comfort and quality.

Ideal candidates are guest-centered, reliable, and proactive, with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred.
• Previous hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.
• Able to walk, stand, reach and bend.
• Able to push, lift, and pull up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to Loews standards.
• Replace linens and amenities; report maintenance issues promptly.
• Organize cleaning carts and linen closets; ensure supplies are stocked.
• Report lost items, suspicious behavior, and irregularities to supervisors.
• Attend departmental meetings and assist in related areas when needed.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions to enhance satisfaction.
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and chemical use procedures.
• Attend mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

• Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred.

• Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.

• Basic English skills preferred.

• Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend.

• Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 25lbs repetitively during entire shift.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
