Job summary

Olde Naples Hotel in Naples, FL is seeking Room Attendants to join our hospitality team. This full-time role requires open availability Monday through Sunday, strong English communication, and a positive, guest-focused attitude.

You will clean guest rooms, replace linens, stock supplies, and respond to guest requests. We offer comprehensive benefits, meal per shift, uniforms, parking, and generous hotel discounts to employees and their families.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible scheduling (weekends required).
• Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including beds, bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Inspect goods on delivery to rooms/departments to ensure standards are met.

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Inspect goods upon delivery to the rooms/departments to ensure that the standards are met
