Job summary

Opal Collection is seeking a House Attendant to join our hospitality team and help keep rooms and public areas pristine. This role supports Room Attendants and the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (not required) and is willing to learn. We offer comprehensive benefits, uniform provided, and employee discounts across our resort network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required.
• Previous experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of rooms, hallways, and other areas of the hotel.
• Support Room Attendants with their routine by stripping beds, removing & replacing linen, emptying wastebaskets, stocking supplies, etc.
• Transport linen carts with clean laundry from laundry room to storage room of each floor.
• Clean and organize items stored in laundry room, supply/storage closets, linen room, and/or uniform room.
• Identify and report preventative maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships.
