Job summary

Crowne Plaza Milwaukee South is seeking a detail-oriented Room Attendant to ensure guest rooms meet brand standards and enhance the guest experience. You’ll clean rooms, restock amenities, and handle guest requests with warmth and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hotel setting is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual a plus.
• High attention to detail with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms to brand standards including beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking linens and amenities.
• Address guest requests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Follow daily cleaning checklists and report maintenance issues to ensure inspection readiness.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in daily briefings.

What You’ll Do as a Room Attendant:

• Guest-Ready Excellence:Clean guest rooms to brand standards — including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing linens and amenities.
• Be Responsive:Handle guest requests with a warm and professional attitude.
• Attention to Detail:Report maintenance issues and follow daily cleaning checklists to ensure rooms meet inspection readiness.
• Teamwork & Spirit:Collaborate with other team members and participate in daily briefings or huddles.

What You’ll Bring:
