White Lodging is seeking a full-time Housekeeper at the Westin Milwaukee Downtown. Shifts run 8:30am–4:30pm, five days a week, with weekend availability. The role offers $16–$17 per hour based on experience and a benefits package starting day one.

You will clean guest rooms to premium standards, restock supplies, and support a smooth housekeeping operation while upholding safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hotel housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred; training provided.
• Strong guest focus and customer service mindset.
• Reliable with attention to detail in sanitizing rooms.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality housekeeping service to guests in rooms and suites.
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to premium standards.
• Strip linens, empty trash, make beds, dust, vacuum, and restock supplies.
• Maintain organized housekeeping cart and efficient workflow.
• Self-inspect and report room status to housekeeping supervisor.
• Follow safety standards and help keep a safe hotel environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

• Deliver the highest quality of hotel housekeeping service to guests — anticipating needs and consistently exceeding expectations in every guest room and suite
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to premium hotel standards — ensuring every surface, fixture, and amenity is spotless and guest-ready
• Strip dirty linens and trash, make beds, dust all surfaces, vacuum carpets, and restock guest room supplies and amenities
• Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart to maintain an efficient and professional room attendant workflow
• Self-inspect completed guest rooms and submit accurate room status reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor upon completion
• Practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe hotel environment for guests and associates
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Prior hotel housekeeping, room attendant, or professional cleaning experience preferred — one year preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate
• Strong guest focus and customer service skills — you take pride in delivering a clean, welcoming hotel room experience every time
• Reliability, dependability, and attention to detail in maintaining premium hotel cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Motivation and initiative to bring your best self to every shift in a fast-paced hotel housekeeping environment
• Successful completion of housekeeping training with certification sign-off
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 25 lbs. occasionally; ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods
• Flexibility to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays as the hotel business needs require
