Job summary

Moonfleet Manor Hotel is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This permanent role is 16 hours per week, including some weekends, at £12.71 per hour plus a generous service charge and benefits.

You will ensure rooms and public areas are spotless, restock amenities, and support deep cleans as needed, delivering a welcoming environment for guests along the Jurassic Coast. Flexibility, attention to detail and a friendly manner are essential.

• A keen eye for detail, able to work to tight timeframes and perform a physically demanding role.
• Ability to interact with all guests and engage with younger guests.
• Previous housekeeping experience desirable, but full training will be given.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Moonfleet Manor Hotel, nestled along the picturesque Jurassic Coast, is renowned for its elegance and warm hospitality. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-orientated Room Attendant to join our brilliant team.

As Room Attendant you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests experience the epitome of comfort and cleanliness during their stay.

This is a permanent position, at 16 hours per week (including some weekends), with an hourly rate of £12.71, plus generous service charge and great benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality room and public area cleans: You will work as part of the housekeeping team to ensure all assigned bedrooms and public areas are turned around and cleaned to the highest standard. This will include full restock of all in room guest amenities. You will be asked to conduct thorough deep cleans on occasion.
• Ensure a safe environment for our guests: You will maintain and check all equipment regularly and report any defects. Ensure all equipment and chemicals are used correctly as per manufacturer instructions.
• Make long lasting unique memories: We welcome your charisma and personality and encourage you to create memories and relationships with our guests – especially the littlest ones!

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:
