Role Overview

The Housekeeping Room Attendant at Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago ensures our hotels feel like home. As a housekeeper, your contribution helps provide guests with an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum to meet hotel standards
• Change linens, make beds, and ensure bathrooms are spotless
• Restock all guest room supplies and amenities
• Inspect and clean appliances, including coffee makers
• Organize linen closets, restock carts, and prepare for shifts
• Greet guests warmly during your shift
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers

Requirements

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is a plus
• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 25-30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
