Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Flexible with scheduling; mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and vacuum guest rooms thoroughly to meet high cleanliness standards.
• Collect and transport soiled linens for laundering.
• Make beds and ensure rooms are neat, orderly, and guest-ready.
• Restock room supplies and amenities (e.g., toiletries, towels, beverages).
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or concerns.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere in all guest rooms.
• Perform other related duties as requested by the Housekeeping Director.
