Role Overview

The Room Attendant is responsible for the daily ownership and operational execution of the Housekeeping Department. They must communicate effectively with guests and housekeeping staff to ensure efficient service. Teamwork and adherence to daily tasks are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to standards and procedures.
• Prepare guest rooms for arrival, maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas.
• Perform laundry duties as needed.
• Stock and maintain supplies in housekeeping areas.
• Provide high-quality customer service at all times.
• Assist guests with requests and inquiries.
• Report damages or repairs to management.
• Report lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager.
