Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring for a housekeeping role at our Fort Wayne property. You will engage with guests to ensure a smooth stay and work with the team to keep rooms and public areas clean and welcoming.

Responsibilities include stocking carts, using cleaning equipment safely, and daily linen changes. A neat, friendly personality and good time management are desired to maintain high standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Job description

Your Role

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
• Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness
• Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked
• Proper utilization of equipment supplies and guest amenities
• Thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas
• Daily changing and inspection of linens and towels, following the standards set forth in the Green Program
• Practice safety standards and be aware of safety hazards (e.g., broken glass, frayed electrical cords, leaks, broken locks, and suspicious persons) and properly report as found
• Respect for guests’ property should always be exercised
• Responsible care of equipment
• Reports to work on time and according to posted schedule, to maintain accurate time records and follows proper standards for issuance of rooms
• Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to the guests and co-workers always
• Perform other related duties as requested by Floor Supervisor

• Lift, carry and position loads of at least 25lbs.
