Job summary

Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa in Florida is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms and uphold our high service standards. Work involves cleaning, restocking supplies, and responding to guest requests with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Ability to move, lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including beds, bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Respond to special guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Inspect deliveries to rooms/departments to ensure standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Inspect goods upon delivery to the rooms/departments to ensure that the standards are met

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible scheduling (MUST be able to work weekends!)
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
