Job summary

The Opal Collection in Jupiter, California is seeking a House Attendant to join our hotel housekeeping team. You will be the frontline support for Room Attendants, helping maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include making beds, replacing linens, stocking supplies, transporting loads between the laundry and floors, and reporting maintenance issues. Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is a plus; HS diploma not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required.
• Previous experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of rooms, hallways, and other areas of the hotel.
• Supporting Room Attendants with their routine by stripping beds, removing & replacing linen, emptying wastebaskets, stocking supplies, etc.
• Transport linen carts with clean laundry from laundry room to storage room of each floor.
• Clean and organize items stored in laundry room, supply/storage closets, linen room, and/or uniform room.
• Identify and report preventative maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships.
