Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel El Paso Downtown is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You will clean, stock, and prepare guest rooms to ensure a welcoming stay for every guest.

This full-time role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work alone or as part of a team. Weekend and holiday shift availability is required; we offer training and a professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Job Description

What you will be doing

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Make beds and change linens, towels, and other room supplies.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean all areas of guest rooms and bathrooms.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including showers, tubs, sinks, toilets, and countertops.
• Replenish guest room amenities and supplies.
• Ensure guest rooms are properly organized and presented according to hotel standards.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
• Follow proper procedures for lost and found items.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and questions.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and organized manner.
• Follow all hotel, housekeeping, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Respect guest privacy and hotel property.
• Work efficiently to complete assigned rooms within established timeframes.
• Assist other Housekeeping team members as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout the shift.
